We are excited to welcome Dean Hanewinckel to ZOLVE.
Dean Hanewinckel has practiced as an attorney in Florida since 1984. He currently represents and counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, real estate law and corporate and business law. In addition to maintaining his law practice, he authors two ezines on estate planning and real estate law issues.
Dean was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He earned his bachelor of science in business administration in 1981 and his juris doctorate in 1984, both from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Charlotte County and Sarasota County Bar Associations and was a past member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
He has recently completed his first book, The Official Snowbird's Guide to Becoming a Florida Resident, which is scheduled for publication this fall. Dean currently lives in Southwest Florida with his wife and four children.
