We are excited to welcome PeggyAnn McConnochie to Zolve. PeggyAnn McConnochie became a REALTOR® in 1982 as residential agent. After becoming the area’s top REALTOR® and getting her Broker’s license, she purchased the brokerage for which she worked in 1986. She grew the company into an even more successful full service residential, property management, and commercial firm. In 1996, PeggyAnn was asked to develop and teach the various required education classes in Alaska. As her career as an educator and real estate coach grew, she sold the residential and property management portions of the business and started to teach in the Lower 48 as well as overseas (PeggyAnn will be going to Vietnam in August on behalf of IRPF – International Real Property Foundation).
PeggyAnn adds a unique practical perspective to her courses and her coaching where she also works with many owners of brokerage companies helping them teach their agents the ABCs of becoming successful. She is very active with the National Association of REALTORS® having served as its Vice President and Liaison to Committees in 2002 and 2007. PeggyAnn McConnochie and her husband have lived in Juneau, Alaska since 1980.
